Bees and Beekeeping – Introduction
For those who are interested in having a more productive garden, finding help with allergies, seeking a little extra cash on the side, or wanting to help save the bees, beekeeping may be the answer. Come and learn the principles of beekeeping, including its history, honeybee biology, plant and pollinator relationships, and essential equipment and requirements. Dr. Jones is an entomologist, Director of the Midwest Master Beekeeper Program, and author of over 50 peer-reviewed publications. A textbook and $2 material fee are included in the tuition. No discounts or vouchers.
